UNTENABLE STAY "VACATED" AND THROWN OUT OF COURT!
JOKERS DONT KNOW WHERE TO HIDE!

Dear Archery family,

Every movie can't have just a hero!

For good entertainment we need to have a heroine, villians and yes a joker too. There also have to be twists and turns, suspense, a car chase and finally a climax leading to the good winning over the bad. Firstly let me tell you that there was no stay on the 'conduct' of the Championships in the first place. While there is much work to be done, I cannot but brief you some facts about this joker and the stay he got thru' fraudulent means as everyone needs to know what the hell is happening and rumours have a way of spreading wild. NOW Check out facts abt his main petition . FIRST : Our Association TAAT- the archery association is registered in 1998. He registers one paper association in 2005 ( seven years later) and claims in his petition that I copied his name ( tamilnadu archery association-TNAA) to mislead the world . BOSS ..I HAVE BETTER TASTE. 'TAAT' is the sound that comes from an arrow hitting a buttress. TNAA ( ha ha !!! what does this mean? ) He really has the audacity to tell the court that i am creating confusion by starting an association with similar phonetic style. And the biggest joke is that he is saying that I am riding in his glory. this man must be completely out of his mind. I wish to state here that I have acted in 11 movies and I come on television on several programmes. when u guys come to Chennai , Please ask the common man on the road if they know Karate Master Shihan Hussaini and then please ask his name too. You will see what a joker he is. NEXT:He then goes on to his falsehood number two by saying that the SDAT( sports development authority of Tamilnadu ) has affiliated him . Please go to the website of SDAT and check . I am sure he needs to check his eyes for seeing things that do not exist.( Any glasses for such a strange disease ? ) THIRDLY: He next calls me a criminal with a bad record and a hundred cases against me. I am throwing a challenge to this joker that I will Quit archery that has been so close to me for the last 30 years, if he can show one single case pending against me. Anyone can put any case against anyone. The court decides who is an accused or not. I wish to state that there were a few political cases ( due to my perceived proximity to the Chief minister Madam Jayalalithaa ) against me 14 years ago . I have been honourably Acquitted in every single case . Let me now assure you that law and order will catch up with this man for spreading falsehood about me and playing with court orders. FOURTHLY: This man accuses me of selling archery equipment at Exorbitant prices. let me tell you that It has been our policy never to deal or buy or sell any archery equipment. We give equipment free to practise and then take it back after training. Also we charge one rupee less for all archery consumables and accessories that we store for the benefit of archers. FIFTHLY :He also goes on to inform the court that AAI has recognised him . How naive can a joker go ? The web site of AAI has our affiliation in the front page. FINALLY : He utilises a typing error by a typist of AAI to claim that his association 'Tamilnadu archery association'-TNAA AND NOT The Archery Association of Tamilnadu -TAAT was given affiliation and the senior nationals. Result of wishful thinking and the Greed of a mind blinded with jealousy. This evil nexus with an larger backing than appears in the front played a fraud with the word 'Contact' and conduct . Please check the mail the joker has sent to a few amongst you. While the court had granted a stay restraining the archers from 'contacting' me about the nationals as he mislead the court telling them that it for was him that the AAI had granted the nationals. He cleverly plays a fraud by changing 'contact ' to 'conduct '. And he has the foolishness to inform everyone thru a mail that the nationals has been stopped and also regretting that he had no other way but to stop it because Shri Malhotraji did not recognise him. Most funny , he has the gal to tell the court in a demeaning way that the AAI has been de-recognised. TELL me Mr Joker , why are you fighting for affiliation from AAI if you also , in a same breath say that AAI is a derecognised body? The court was astonished at this joker's audacity and threw away the 'stay' . Now hold on !!!! now comes the BEST JOKE ! He pleads with the court to allow 94 of his archers to participate in our nationals.( could not stop bursting out with laughter) Have you heard anywhere in India a man with some common sense ask 94 of his 'so' called archers from one state to be included in a Nationals? And then when we refuse with lots of laughs..... he scales down his demand to 11 and then 8 or 9. Dear Mr. Joker, I shall recommend my film friends to give you a good role in a comedy movie. You will be a great hit. This nationals is our sweat , blood and money. money we spend from our own pockets. This nationals is several months of sleepless nights. This national is A wife's jewels sold, a house document pawned, running around getting small donations, hunting for a venue, buying several lakhs worth equipment, storing them, having endless meetings, hundreds of hours of planning, finding buses to transport 600 people, booking rooms during festival times, getting a 100 buttresses, buying soveniers for all, planning a grand opening and a memorable closing, govt and police permissions, thousands of posters as publicity. burning fuel, getting archery equipment for our teams, forgetting we have a family and our jobs, press meets, inviting chief guests, preparing medals and medal ceremonies, entertainment programmes ...the list goes on. All to make sure our archery family is hosted well . AND THIS JOKER SHAMELESSLY BEGS THE COURT TO LET AT LEAST 8 OR 9 OF HIS ARCHERS THRU A SHORTCUT COME THERE, AND BASK IN SHAMELESS GLORY IN A NATIONALS THAT'S OUR HARD WORK. Such shameless people need to be identified and mentally spat at by the archery family. And this joker comes along with the actual VILLAINS behind his back , playing shadow games.... hell bent on causing confusion and dreaming during days that this nationals will be stopped. There are main villians and small henchmen, there are politicians and goons, there are back stabbers and lunatics, failed hockey coaches, a president from one state giving entry from another, fence sitters, a coach from one state wanting to start in another as he failed in his, well there are some IAS officers and an IPS officer and yes there are some poor hapless players too caught in the crossfire. Keep following TAAT . we will expose the actual villains.One by one ! This joker is just a small fry ! Welcome to chennai! Welcome to the land of MGR movies! Hu'ssaini. Chief architect. Dear friends,

Good day. The Nationals are nearing.

There are just five days for you land in Chennai. Many of you are competing for the top positions in the country in Archery.

Tamil Nadu too is competing ... but to get the name of "THE BEST EVER HOST FOR A NATIONALS".

We are doing everything possible to make this a memorable event. More than any other time, this Nationals is a crucial one as Archery as well as Indian sports is passing through some tough times. We need your support to make this a huge success.

We need to remain united in our brotherhood and put the sport on the fast track - ROAD TO RIO!

Every body who comes to a Nationals want to go back with a medal. And our first promise to you is "NO ONE WILL GO BACK EMPTY HANDED".

For those who do not win medals you will go back with a "souvenir" you will most cherish.

Some Senior Archers wanted to have an extra day of shooting so that alternative shooting can be kept on the morning of 31st Dec. to make the sport more exciting.

As organizers, we wish to keep you all happy and would not mind extending it, so with the permission of AAI and all the State Coaches and Managers we can take a call on this in the Managers meeting on 26th Dec evening.

Please kindly note that while we are doing our best to make you all comfortable, to the best of our abilities, for the teams coming before 26th Dec' 12 Noon, it would be impracticable to arrange food. So please take care of your food before 26th Noon and after 31st Noon. On 26th dec catering starts from Lunch and catering ends at 31st Dec Lunch. On 26th Dec and 31st Dec, Lunch will be provided.

However we are happy to inform you that we shall provide you accommodations from the time you arrive till the time you leave taking into account the difficulty you have in booking train tickets.

Dear Archery family,

This has relevance to the announcement of the government that the Archery Association of India (AAI) has been de-recognized.

While we all know that it is a political game and a reckless arm twisting tactic of the government that will soon be sorted out by our capable leaders at AAI.

The 33rd Senior Recurve, Compound and Para Archery Championships scheduled from 26th to 31st December, 2012 to be conducted at Anna University Sports Grounds, Chennai, will go on as announced, flawlessly!.

As the organizers of the event, we will take extra efforts to make you comfortable and make sure any unfortunate decisions by the government will only strengthen our resolve to conduct the event in a grand manner.

THE BROTHERHOOD OF ARCHERY WILL GET STRONGER WITH EACH HURDLE WE CROSS AND SHALL MAKE US MORE CLOSE-KNIT AS A SPORTING FAMILY.
